With these words, amid sobs and tears, the TV series Adolescence comes to an end. They are spoken by Jamie’s father, the young killer, but any one of us could have said them. Like many professionals in the field, I immediately felt the duty, months ago, to watch this four-episode-long movie. The duty quickly turned into pleasure, which then became the need to write a post about it on social media.
