L’articolo intreccia esperienza personale e riflessione teorico-clinica per esplorare la transmodalità sensoriale, considerata dall’Autrice principio fondante il dialogo psicoanalitico del cambiamento. A partire da un’esperienza originaria che la introduce alla comprensione vissuta della transmodalità, l’Autrice elabora una prospettiva che integra le neuroscienze dell’azione e dell’interocezione, i concetti di forme della vitalità e di conoscenza implicita formulati da Stern e la teoria del codice multiplo di Bucci. Nel campo analitico, il cambiamento emerge attraverso il processo referenziale, che ricongiunge sensazione, gesto, immagine, suono e parola e che, sintonizzando l’attenzione sul come dell’esperienza – ritmo, intensità, durata, direzione – permette di tradurre l’implicito in forme dicibili. L’Autrice definisce questo movimento “risonanza transmodale co-agente”: un processo intersoggettivo in cui paziente e terapeuta condividono e modulano gli affetti vitali attraverso il flusso multimodale dell’esperienza, generando un dialogo sensoriale che non si limita al rispecchiamento, ma dà luogo a una nuova configurazione affettiva che, nel suo farsi forma, si compie come momento di cura co-creato.
